How much does a scan cost?

There's no more plan or pay-as-you-go: each scan uses your MIA Tokens, at the real analysis cost. It's included as soon as your Mia subscription has MIA Tokens. Expense notes and supplier invoices draw from the same balance.

Do you need connectivity in the field?

You can take the photo offline: it stays on the phone and is analyzed as soon as the network is back. Your team can scan tickets while on the road, in branch or during delivery.

Where are scanned documents stored?

Images are attached directly to the accounting entry in your Madata workspace. No data is kept at a third party. You stay in control of your receipts.

Compatible with my existing bookkeeping?

Yes. Once validated, the document lands ready in your purchase journal or Madata expense note, with the right supplier account, date, VAT and total already filled in.
