Do you need permanent connectivity in the field?

No. Madata Mobility works offline: technicians view their interventions, take photos, collect customer signatures without network. Everything syncs automatically when back online.

How do my technicians download the app?

Madata Mobility is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Once installed, they sign in with their usual Madata credentials. The app automatically checks that they have Maintenance module permissions.

What data do you collect (GPS, photos)?

GPS position is only shared during active interventions, with the technician's explicit consent. Photos are stored on your own Madata workspace, not on third-party servers. No data leaves your instance.

Compatible with my existing Madata Maintenance module?

Yes. Madata Mobility is an extension of the Maintenance module. All interventions created in the back-office appear immediately in the assigned technician's app, and vice versa.

Is multi-company supported?

Yes. The app respects Madata's native multi-company filtering: a manager only sees the technicians and interventions of the companies they have access to.
